 Glenn
K. Weingarth, President, has 25 years of experience in recruiting senior
executives in a number of organizations and countries. Prior to founding the
Weingarth Group, Inc., he was Corporate VP of HR for DENTSPLY International, the
world's largest dental research and manufacturing firm, in York, Pennsylvania.
Prior to DENTSPLY, he was Corporate Director of Human Resources at Burroughs
Wellcome Company (now part of GlaxoSmithKline) in Research Triangle Park, NC.
Earlier in his career, he held senior level Corporate HR positions in financial
institutions and at Kendall Company in Boston.
Glenn has a BA in Economics from Harvard College, a MBA from Duke, where he was
named a Fuqua Scholar, and a MA in Theological Studies from Gordon-Conwell
Theological Seminary.
Weingarth Group, Inc. will not undertake any assignment unless we are confident
we are capable of completing the assignment in a reasonable time period. To that
end, we will conduct a feasibility analysis of the assignment, including a
thorough review of the position requirements, the candidate attributes sought,
and the particulars of your organizational values and culture.
We regularly update clients on search progress. Clients receive verbal
evaluations of candidates as well as written summaries. We will conduct personal
reference checks and assist in preparing and negotiating compensation offers. We
will work on each assignment to completion, and in the unlikely event that any
candidate fails in the first year on the job due to poor performance we will
re-conduct the search for expenses only.
